Does smart home automation work with my existing wiring?
In most cases, yes. Aqara and Sonoff devices are designed to work with standard UAE wiring without major rewiring. We assess this during the site visit before recommending anything.
What happens if the wifi goes down?
Local devices like switches and locks continue working normally. Only remote/app access and certain automations pause until connection is restored.
Can I still use normal light switches, or do I lose that option?
Yes — installations are designed so the physical switch still works normally alongside app and voice control.
Does this work for rented apartments, or only owned properties?
Yes, we regularly install in rented apartments. Our installations are generally non-invasive and can be removed if needed.

How does pricing work?
For apartments and townhouses, you can get an instant estimate using our quick estimate tool. For villas and larger projects, pricing depends on your specific requirements, so we provide a detailed quote after a site visit.
What's included in the AMC (maintenance) plan?
Our AMC covers preventive maintenance — firmware updates, scene adjustments, and timing corrections — with a 48–72 hour response time. It's a fixed annual fee, tiered by property size and installation scope.
Do you offer warranties on installed devices?
Yes, two separate warranties apply. We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty covering installation and commissioning. Hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, typically 1–2 years depending on the device.
Is the quick estimate the final price?
No — it's an indicative range based on typical setups. Your final quote depends on a site assessment of your specific property.
